Individual biopsychological sessions
This is not traditional psychotherapy.
We analyze how your brain, nervous system, biology, lifestyle, and psychological patterns interact and identify the real causes of the problem.
Based on this, we work with a combination of approaches:
– psychological and behavioral tools,
– somatic work and nervous system regulation,
– lifestyle optimization and biohacking (sleep, stress, routines),
– and, when needed, collaboration with medical professionals (labs, hormones, gut–brain health).
Sessions are focused and action-oriented, aimed at measurable changes in everyday life, not long-term talking.
